Client Experiences
The early days after my delivery were quite overwhelming. I was physically exhausted and struggling with breastfeeding, dealing with pain and constant worry about whether my baby was getting enough milk. Like most new mothers, I was anxious, unsure, and in need of the right guidance and emotional support.
Meeting Deepti was a turning point for me. She supported me right from the beginning with pain-free breastfeeding techniques and guided me on my post-delivery diet. With her help, my milk supply improved significantly, and I was able to nourish my baby well—he started gaining weight in a healthy and steady way. In fact, with her guidance and resources, I was even able to donate breast milk, which felt incredibly fulfilling.
What truly stood out was how deeply invested she was—she stayed in constant touch and created a warm, supportive community of mothers. Around the time my baby was 5 months old, I heard amazing reviews about her 6-month Annaprashan program from another mom in the community. Given my trust in Deepti and the clarity she provided about the weaning journey, saying “yes” to the program felt natural and reassuring.

Questions Families Ask before they Begin
Annaprashan is your baby's first solid food ceremony, one of the most auspicious milestones in Indian family life. But beyond the ritual, it marks a critical nutritional turning point: around 6 months, breast milk alone can no longer meet your baby's growing needs for iron, zinc, and energy. How weaning begins directly shapes your child's gut health, palate, and relationship with food for life. EverBliss brings these two dimensions together: a meaningful ceremony your family will remember, and a science-backed weaning roadmap that gives your baby the strongest possible start.
The service combines two things most families have to figure out separately: ceremony guidance and infant nutrition expertise. You receive support planning the Annaprashan ritual itself, the auspicious timing, the traditional first foods, the family participation, alongside a personalised weaning roadmap for the weeks that follow: which foods to introduce first, in what order, at what texture, how to introduce common allergens safely, and how to read your baby's hunger and fullness cues. It is a complete milestone package, not just a one-day event.
Not at all reach out now and we will make it work beautifully. Ideally, planning begins 3 to 4 weeks before the ceremony date so there is time to personalise the weaning roadmap to your baby's readiness signs, your family's food traditions, and any sensitivities to be aware of. The ceremony itself can be as simple or as elaborate as your family wishes — what matters most is that the weaning guidance that follows is in place so the milestone becomes a confident beginning, not just a beautiful photograph.
This is exactly the situation where professional guidance becomes essential. Observed sensitivities, family allergy history, and your baby's specific readiness signs are all assessed before the ceremony date, and the weaning plan is finalised. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is left to guesswork. If your baby needs a gentler or slightly delayed introduction, the plan reflects that — while still honouring the significance of the milestone at the right time for your child.
Celebrated, not overridden. Traditional Indian first foods, khichdi, rice kanji, mashed banana, and ghee are remarkably well-suited to infant digestion when prepared thoughtfully, and they form the foundation of the weaning roadmap. The guidance bridges ancestral wisdom and modern paediatric nutrition, so you never have to choose between your heritage and your baby's health. Where a family practice is safe and nourishing, it is honoured. Where gentle adaptation is needed, it is explained with respect, not judgment
Yes, many new families use EverBliss's Annaprashan service to reconnect with the tradition in a meaningful, informed way. Sessions are conducted online, and the ceremony guidance and weaning roadmap are adapted to the foods, resources, and family context available in your location. The ritual travels with your family, wherever you are.
I’m truly grateful that I found Deepti and chose to be a part of her Annaprashan program. It has made a meaningful difference in our lives, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any parent starting their feeding journey.
