Nightingale is a professional certification programme designed exclusively for nurses who are passionate about maternal and newborn care and want to take their clinical practice to the next level. It is not a basic training course — it is a structured, expert-led programme that deepens your expertise in postpartum care, lactation support, infant nutrition, and compassionate family-centred practice. Nightingale is for the nurse who knows there is more to learn, more to offer, and more to become.
Nightingale's curriculum covers the full spectrum of specialist maternity care: advanced lactation support and breastfeeding counselling, postpartum maternal recovery and nutrition, newborn assessment and care protocols, infant feeding without judgment, safe sleep and hygiene best practices, emotional and psychological support for new mothers, navigating Indian family dynamics in postpartum care, and compassionate communication with both parents. You leave not just more knowledgeable, but more confident, more sensitive, and more complete as a maternity care professional.
On successful completion of the Nightingale programme, you receive a professional certification in Maternity and Newborn Care from EverBliss, developed and awarded by Deepti Arora, herself a Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Postpartum Care Specialist, and Certified Hospital Staff Trainer. This certification signals to hospitals, maternity centres, and private clients that you bring a specialised, evidence-based, and compassionate standard of care that most nurses are simply not trained to offer.
★ Awarded by a Certified Lactation Consultant and Certified Hospital Staff Trainer.
A nursing qualification is the baseline requirement. Prior experience in maternity or neonatal settings is an advantage, but what Nightingale looks for above all else is genuine passion — a nurse who cares deeply about the well-being of new mothers and babies, and who is committed to growing beyond what her current role demands. If you find yourself drawn to postpartum care, if breastfeeding challenges move you, if you want to be the nurse that new families remember — you are exactly who Nightingale is built for.
The programme is delivered in a hybrid format, combining online learning with hands-on practical modules. It is designed to work around a working nurse's schedule, so it does not require you to step away from your current role. It runs alongside your practice, deepening your skills in real time as you apply what you learn. Full structure, duration, and scheduling details are shared during your enrolment conversation with Deepti.
The first step is a direct conversation with Deepti, a no-pressure call to understand your background, your goals, and whether Nightingale is the right fit for where you want to go in your career. Programme fees, intake dates, and full details are shared during that call. Reach out on 98101282445. Nightingale accepts a limited number of nurses per cohort to ensure every participant receives the depth of mentorship the programme is built on. If you feel the call, do not wait.
★ Limited seats per cohort early enquiry is strongly encouraged.
